REGISTER BY JUNE 23!
The summer school committee is asking that all participants register as soon as possible and to please be respectful of the registration deadline. In order to run an efficient camp for everyone, volunteers and organizers need to prepare in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: The online registration deadline is June 23, 2019 . All summer school registrations must
be completed by this date to allow volunteers to appropriately prepare for participants.
ACCOMMODATIONS
$14.00 /per night/per person anywhere on the grounds (Children under 5 years free).
Includes rustic cottages (large & small), apartments, and 2 dormitories with 26 rooms, each with a double bed and shared washrooms.There are a limited number of cottages with washrooms.
Cottages will usually only be assigned to families. Groups of youth under the age of 18 may be assigned to a cabin if they are accompanied by an chaperon or guardian. Single youth over 18 and single adults will be assigned rooms in a dormitory. Single youth under 18 are expected to stay in the same accommodation as their family or guardian.
Sites for trailers, RVs and tents are available.
Persons with medical or mobility limitations will be given priority in assignment of accommodations. Priority will also be given to persons registering by June 23, 2019.
The Summer School begins at 9:30 AM on Friday morning. Accommodation is available for Thursday night for attendees traveling from distant locations. Friday breakfast is not included. There is no admittance to the campground or accommodations before 5:00 P.M. on Thursday.

As always there will be great meals including vegetarian dishes at the school.

Individuals wishing to display arts and crafts for sale must check with the bookstore manager
on arrival for space and are responsible for their own displays and sales. No fees will be charged
for service but a donation to the Funds of the Faith would be expected.
