REGISTER  ONLINE AND EARLY

Please register online by June 26th!
The summer school committee is asking that all participants register as soon as possible and to please be respectful of the registration deadline. In order to run an efficient camp for everyone, volunteers and organizers need to prepare in advance.

 

Participants under 19 who wish to attend without a parent need to have a parent fill out the waiver that will be emailed after registration. This very important waiver places the care and responsibility of minors in the hands of the adult accompanying them to summer school.  Click here to download the waiver form.
 

ACCOMMODATIONS

$16.00 /per night/per person anywhere on the grounds (Children under 5 years free).

Includes rustic cottages (large & small), apartments, and 2 dormitories with 26 rooms, each with a double bed and shared washrooms.There are a limited number of cottages with washrooms.


Cottages will usually only be assigned to families. Single youth over 19 and single adults will be assigned rooms in a dormitory. Single youth under 19 are expected to stay in the same accommodation as their family, guardian or chaperone.

Sites for trailers, RVs and tents are available.

 

Persons with medical or mobility limitations will be given priority in assignment of accommodations. Priority will also be given to persons registering by June 26, 2024.
 

The Summer School begins at 10:00 AM on Friday morning. Accommodation is available for Thursday night for attendees traveling from distant locations. Friday breakfast is not included. There is no admittance to the campground or accommodations before 5:00 P.M. on Thursday.

Financial assistance is available; please contact your Local Spiritual Assembly or, if you do not have a Local Spiritual Assembly, contact the Atlantic Baha’i Council at regional.council@atlantic.bahai.ca

WHAT TO BRING

  • Bedding: sheets, blankets, pillows, pillow case, towels, etc.

  • Rooms are unheated so bring extra blankets for cool weather.

  • Rooms can be very hot; you may wish to bring a fan

  • Layered clothing; sweaters, rain coat, boots

  • Toiletries

  • Bug spray

  • Sunscreen

  • Refillable water bottles and travel mugs

What To Bring

ARTS, CRAFTS and BOOKS

The Book Room at the entrance to the park will be open periodically during the summer school.

Individuals wishing to display arts and crafts for sale must check with the bookstore manager on arrival for space and are responsible for their own displays and sales. No fees will be charged for service but a donation to the Funds of the Faith would be expected.
